Renting the villa gives you access to:
-> 6 rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private toilet, plus an additional bathroom (bathtub);
-> the entire ground floor, very open, where you’ll find a large living room with a fireplace; a slightly tucked-away library space, overlooking the other side of the same double-sided fireplace; dining rooms; a video projector and Bose 5.1 sound system; additional toilets;
-> the large central bar with its magnificent counter, and its professional kitchen tucked away;
-> The open terrace, the covered terrace, the Mur à Gauche, the boules court, the 4000 m² garden with its wooded area of century-old oaks; the entire property is fully enclosed.
-> In short, the whole property!
There is no swimming pool.
We grew up here. And when we wanted to swim, we went to the beach!
Additionally, imagine your young children being able to walk around on their own and run freely in this large, enclosed, and secure area, with no risk of falling into the water, escaping, or encountering cars.
We strive to preserve this heritage. Therefore, traditional family/friends vacation rentals do not allow parties with external guests.
