Located in the La Négresse district of Biarritz, this house features a refined decor with colorful touches taken from the owners' Latin travels. Its pink and green facade will take you on a journey to Spain. The good news is that you're also just 25 minutes from the border!

THE HOUSE

LA CONCIERGERIE is a family home on 2 levels.

The first floor comprises a large living room with fireplace and table football, a library-style relaxation area, a dining room, toilets and a professional kitchen, also suitable for private use. The bar is the centerpiece of this completely open-plan level. The large bay windows let in plenty of natural light, allowing you to enjoy the garden with its Mur à Gauche (wall to play Basque pelote), a pétanque court and a forest of hundred-year-old oaks.

There's also a sheltered outdoor area where you can enjoy a meal with friends and family.

You'll also find 2 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, one of which can accommodate a person with reduced mobility.

The second level comprises 4 further bedrooms, 2 of which have terrace access and 1 a balcony access.
